Namuna 9 Entry Error or Dispute in Gujarat Land Records
What you need to know
Namuna 9 (Form 9) is the official occupancy rights certificate issued under the Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, confirming a tenant or occupant's right over agricultural land in Gujarat. If an incorrect entry is made, or if you have been wrongly excluded or included in Namuna 9, it can seriously affect your ownership proof, loan eligibility, and inheritance rights. Under Gujarat revenue laws, you have the right to inspect your land records at the Taluka Mamlatdar office and apply for correction of wrong entries. The process involves filing a formal application with the Mamlatdar and, if needed, appealing to the Prant Officer or Gujarat Revenue Tribunal.

Right to apply for correction of erroneous entries under the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879
