2.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and (if applicable) a hashed password. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
2.2 Documents You Upload
Documents you upload are sent to our AI processing pipeline (powered by our AI engine) solely to generate the analysis you requested. We do not read, sell, or share your document contents with any third party beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
If you choose to save a document to your History dashboard, a summary of the analysis and (for files under 5 MB) a preview is stored in our database. You can delete these at any time.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you visit the Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and scan count. This helps us improve the Service and detect abuse.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Saved documents are retained until you delete them. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and server-side authentication tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
